Description: महड गाँव सरजुला पट्टी में बसा हुआ एक बेहतरीन गाँव है। यहाँ के लोग खेती बाड़ी के साथ साथ सब्जियों और फलों का उत्पादन करते है। मुझे मौका मिला तो में नई टिहरी शहर से गांव की और मेरे भाई राकेश थपलियाल जी के साथ महड गाँव में पहुँचा। गाँव में उनके घर पर तेरवी की पूजा चल रही थी और हमारे पहाड़ों में मंत्रो के उच्चारण से पूरा घर गूँज रहा था। कुछ समय जब तक पूजा हुई तब तक हमने बाकि रिस्तेदारो से मुलाकात की और उनके साथ समय बिताया। कुछ समय बाद ही वह पर पूजा संपन हुई और कुछ गाँव के लोगो का आना शुरू हुआ। तेहरवीं में बहुत सारे व्यंजन बनाये जाते है और पित्रों को खुश रखने के लिए लड़कियों को दान भी दिया जाता है। हमने भी भोजन परोसने में सबकी मदद की और पहाड़ों में अभी भी लोग जानीम पर बैठ कर खाना खाते है। जमीन पर खाना खाने का रिवाज अभी भी बरक़रार है। पूरे गांव के सभी लोगों को एक साथ देखकर मुझे बहुत ख़ुशी हुए और उनको खाना परोसने में भी मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगा। महड गांव में नागराजा का एक मंदिर है, जहाँ हमने दर्शन किये और फिर उसके बाद गांव के धारा ( प्राकृतिक जल श्रोत ) में हम गए और वहाँ देखा की किस तरह से गांव के लोग सिंचाई करते है। आखिर में विनोद थपलियाल जी जो की महड गाँव के है उन्होंने मुझे गांव के बारे में बताया। मुझे आशा है की आपको यह वीडियो जरूर पसंद आया होगा। लोकेशन - महड गाँव, टिहरी गढ़वाल, उत्तराखंड अगर आप नए है तो चैनल जरूर सब्सक्राइब करे और वीडियो भी जरूर शेयर करे। #MahadVillage #mahadGaon #AshishChamoliVlogs Mahad village (महड गाँव, Tehri Garhwal) - जमीन पर बैठ कर खाने के लिए आये गॉँव के लोग | पहाड़ी रिवाज Mahad village is one of the best village situated in Sarjula Patti. The people here grow vegetables and fruits along with farming. When I got a chance, I moved from New Tehri city to village and reached Mahad village with my brother Rakesh Thapliyal ji. The worship of Teravi was going on at his house in the village and the whole house reverberated with the chanting of mantras in our mountains. For some time till the puja took place, we met the rest of the relatives and spent time with them. After some time the worship was completed on that and the people of some villages started coming. Many dishes are prepared in the thirteenth and donations are also given to the girls to keep the ancestors happy. We also helped everyone in serving food and in the mountains, people still eat food sitting on the janim. The custom of eating food on the ground still persists. I was very happy to see all the people of the whole village together and I also enjoyed serving food to them. There is a temple of Nagaraja in Mahad village, where we had darshan and after that we went to the village's Dhara (natural water source) and saw how the people of the village irrigate.
